Executive Producer Tony Parisi is a serial entrepreneur and pioneer of the 3D web. Tony invented the Virtual Reality Markup Language, the first language for creating 3D graphics for the web, and is currently VP of Web and Open Technologies at WEVR, a virtual reality community and VR media player for aspiring and professional creatives. Tony is also the author of several O'Reilly Media books on 3D graphics and virtual reality.
Executive Producer Jim Quanci is Senior Director of the Autodesk Forge Partner Development (FPD) team and proactive embracer of new technologies. Jim has spent over 20 years developing partnerships for Autodesk with technology partners around the globe to build ecosystems that leverage the creativity and innovation of great people. The Autodesk FPD team is providing sponsorship and essential support to the 3D Web Fest.
Creative Director Nop Jiarathanakul is 75% technologist, 25% artist, and 100% perfectionist. He is a maker, especially of pretty 3D things with code. He is a Graphics Engineer at Autodesk working on exciting new WebGL content. Nop runs the committee selecting the artists and organizing the program for the 3D Web Fest.
Damon Hernandez has been active in virtual environments and the 3D web for over fifteen years. He is a co-founder of IDEAbuilder, and as a founding team member of the Augmented Reality Developer Camps, VR Hackathon, & founder of the AEC Hackathon, he is actively working to help grow the development and use of innovative technologies. A supporter of the arts, he is proud to be a part of the 3D Web Fest team.
3D Web Fest Team Coordinator Stephen Preston manages Autodesk’s global team of Developer Advocates – helping partners and customers integrate Autodesk technologies into their own workflows and applications. Stephen fell in love with 3D web programming after attending and being inspired by last year’s 3D Web Fest.
